 What Time Can I Visit My Space?

 The facility and your space are accessible to you and whoever you choose to share access with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.

What Kind of Self Storage Do You Provide?

 Beehive Storage provides drive up units that range in size from 10’x10’ to 15’x50’ (that holds up to 4 cars and still has room to spare) to heated units and some units have electrical outlets and lights. We also offer outdoor, drive-up self storage and open space parking for RV’s, trailers and vehicles.

There Are No Locks On The Units, How Do I Lock My Unit?

 Beehive Storage is a state-of-the-art, fully automated storage facility that utilizes an electronic smart lock system. Simply download the app, login and access your unit. “No-key” needed. Once you sign a lease, you will receive onboarding instructions that will take you through the entire process of downloading the app, opening the facility gate, unlocking and opening your unit and locking your unit. What Mobile Devices Are Supported?

 The smart lock system is compatible with Apple iOS and Google Android smart phones and cellular based tablets.

Is Beehive Storage a Secure Facility?

 Yes. The facility is fully fenced, gated, well lighted, and protected by multiple security cameras. The state-of-the-art electronic smart lock system takes peace of mind to the next level.

How Secure Is The Electronic Smart Lock System?

 The system works using Bluetooth 4.0 LE which contains the highest level of security. Bluetooth 4.0 LE uses 128-bit AES CCM encryption algorithm to ensure transmissions are encrypted and secure so hackers can not access your storage space.

Do You Offer Tenant Property Protection Plans?

 All tenants are required to provide proof of insurance or purchase on of our storage protection plans. Some, though not all, homeowner’s and renter’s insurance policies will cover your items while they are in our facility. Please read your policy thoroughly before relying on it for the protection of your property.

Is My Price Guaranteed For The Length Of My Stay?

 Beehive Storage works hard to provide our customers with clean, secure facilities and excellent customer service. As such, leases are month-to-month and subject to price changes to account for the rising costs associated with providing high-quality service. Tenants will be notified in advance of any changes to the lease agreement.

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

 We accept all major debit or credit cards. Autopay is required for all space sizes and types.

How Do I Cancel My Lease?

 You can cancel your lease at any time. Please call the office to give a 15 day notice to cancel the lease. The office will email a move out form to the email on file. Fill out the form, take a picture of the completed move out form long with a picture of your cleaned-out unit. Make sure the unit number is visible in the frame along with the empty unit when you take the picture. You can then text the photo from the primary account phone number on the lease to the facility number or email it to us at lnava@trailheadrental.com.                          

There Is A Problem With My Unit, What Can I Do?

 For assistance, please contact our Customer Support Center at (406) 794-4459 or email us at lnava@trailheadrental.com.  Our representatives are trained to provide remote support using various troubleshooting methods. If they are unable to resolve the issue, a work order will be place for on-site maintenance.

Service Interruptions and Response Times

 At Beehive Storage, we take every precaution to ensure that our facilities remain fully operational, allow you to access your unit at your convenience. While rare, there may be instances where equipment malfunctions or batteries require replacement. In such cases, we are committed to prompt resolution. Select locations feature self service battery replacement stations, while others may require technician support. Our goal is to have a technician available within one hour, though response times may extend up to 48 hours depending on the complexity of the issue.

 Additionally, unforeseen internet outages may occasionally impact system performance. Rest assured, we will work diligently to restore services as quickly as possible.

What To Do If You Can NOT Get Into Our Facility

Step 1. Don’t panic, chances are you are late on a payment for your storage unit. 

Simply navigate to our payment portal which is located on the top right hand corner of our website. “Pay Bill”.

Another way to navigate to our Payment Portal is through our QR code. There are three ways to use our QR code. 

  • The first way is to press and hold down on the code and it should appear with a link, here simply click into the link to navigate to our Payment Portal.  
  • The second way is to screenshot the QR code and from your gallery, press and hold down to show the link to our Payment Portal.
  • The third way is to use another phone and point the camera towards the code and from here you will be able to directly open the link to our Payment Portal. 

Once you pay your overdraft fees you will be able to enter through our gates and into your storage unit.

If you are looking to set up Autopayments with our facility, simply make an account with us and add in your Unit Number and Gate Code.

Refresh the page as needed to see if your space was added.

From here you will be able to enter your payment information, and check the box for automatic recurring payments. 

If you have Autopayment set up but are not able to access our facility, your payment option may have insufficient funds or there is a problem connecting to your payment for this month.

We recommend that you navigate to our Payment Portal and pay off any overdraft fees, or if you do not see any overdraft fees please call us at (406) 794-4459.
